Introduction to Comprehensive Testing Laboratory Equipment:

1. AC Contactor Temperature Rise Test Station

Capacity: 60KVA; capable of reaching currents up to 3150A during contactor temperature rise tests. Computer-controlled with constant current output. Temperature measurement conducted using a multi-channel temperature tester, with temperature rise curves automatically generated by the computer.

2. AC/DC Contactor Comprehensive Test Station

Capacity: 12KVA; capable of reaching currents up to 800A during AC contactor temperature rise tests. Computer-controlled with constant current output. Temperature measurement conducted using a multi-channel temperature tester, with temperature rise curves automatically generated by the computer.

For mechanical life testing of AC contactors, with an output power of 20KVA and a digital counter with power-off memory. It features intelligent detection of contactor contact closure and opening. In intermittent cycle tests, if the contactor fails to engage or release slowly, the test will automatically stop and record the current number of test cycles.

3. Adjustable DC Voltage Regulator

Provides DC power supply for testing purposes, mainly used in electronic circuit testing.

4. High-Precision Fully Automatic AC Voltage Regulator

Provides stable AC power supply during testing.

5. Single-Phase Variable Frequency Power Supply

Primarily used for testing the operational characteristics of coils in 60Hz AC contactor products.

6. Dielectric Strength Tester

Mainly used for testing the dielectric performance of AC contactors.

7. Inter-turn Impulse Voltage Tester

Mainly used for testing the inter-turn insulation withstand voltage of coils.
